Newcastle College
About Us
Newcastle College is the largest provider of further and higher education in the North East. In its last Ofsted/ALI inspection, the college was judged to be outstanding in its leadership and management, response to educational and social inclusion, and in its guidance and support; teaching and learning were rated outstanding in six curriculum areas, good in four and satisfactory in one. The college has a dedicated Sixth Form and seven schools that deliver a broad range of academic and vocational provision from Entry Level to Level 5. In addition, there are three off-site campuses delivering adult and community learning (ACL) and a School of Workforce Development. Learning opportunities are also available for 14–19 year olds to support their progression into vocational education.
